As a small business owner with a busy family and pets, I understand hectic. I own a house cleaning company, which over the past few years has allowed me insight into specific challenges shared by households of all kinds. For years I cooked healthy food, but when “life” got in the way, my dedication to nutrition was the first to go and my energy second. I didn’t realize how important this small aspect was to me until I didn’t have it.
